Kent End Farm, Cotswold Water Park

DJA achieved planning permission in late 2017 for the change of use and land re-profiling of a partially restored sand and gravel site within the Cotswold Water Park to facilitate the development of a wakeboard (cable-ski) facility.  The development will provide facilities for wakeboarding enthusiasts as well as beginners.  The scheme also includes an on-site retail unit, café/bar, nature conservation areas and associated user amenities.  Once operational, the site is earmarked to host national and international wakeboarding competitions.    

DJA were instructed to carry out all aspects of the scheme design, as well as the preparation of Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment and accompanying landscape scheme, the Planning, Design and Access Statement and project manage the planning application through to determination.
