DJA are delighted to be acting for Legal and General as landscape architects at their flagship site at Mowbray, North Horsham.  This prestigious development comprising 2,750 homes, 500,000 sq ft of new employment space, an education campus and sports hub, set within extensive green space, with nature trails and play spaces will be delivered over three phases – Mowbray Village, Mowbray West and Mowbray East.

We have recently gained permission for the key green space within Phase 1 containing two large play spaces ; the Sports Hub containing two full sized grass football pitches, a 3G AGP, MUGAs, a skate park and MTB trail; and the Community Building and plaza at the heart of Mowbray Village.
