We are delighted to announce that the Homes England Former Lord Mayor Treloar Hospital Site in Alton has been granted Reserved Matters approval for Crest Nicholson South.
DJA acted as Landscape Architects for the landscape led scheme for 280 new homes with associated infrastructure and an 8ha Country Park. The application was recommended for approval at the East Hampshire Planning Committee of 26th June.
The team have been involved from the initial bid approach to Homes England and throughout the planning process. Working with existing site parameters to achieve the best possible scheme, the result is a fully integrated approach in consideration of the complex site constraints including levels, visual impacts, landscape designations, open grasslands and mature existing tree cover.
We look forward to taking this forward with our client Crest Nicholson South and the rest of the consultant team who will continue to play a valuable role in ensuring the success of this project.
