Planning permission for extension to industrial unit in Chippenham

DJA has successfully secured planning permission for the significant expansion of an existing industrial unit on the Bumpers Farm Industrial Estate in Chippenham. The key issues to overcome related to ecology (slow worms) and highways impact; following the submission of appropriate ecological mitigation and a technical highway note on vehicle movements and parking, Wiltshire Council granted planning permission under delegated powers in July 2022. DJA carried out all planning and project management work, with expert input from Concept Drawing & Design (plans), Tyler Grange (ecology) and Condon Drew Associates (highways).
