Whiteleaf Consulting Limited (WCL) was established in 2010 by Chris Hill FRICS, following a distinguished career at several development companies, primarily as MD of both Westbury Homes (Southern) and CEO of Saxon Developments (both of which businesses Chris first established).
Chris is a highly respected Chartered Surveyor with some 30 years’ experience in the development industry, specifically in the residential market, both operationally and as a consultant.
Through WCL, Chris provides a professional and responsive service to his clients’ needs. The key objective is always to meet clients’ needs by getting results and providing value for money. This leads to a significant level of new instructions from regular clients and from new clients by recommendation.

In 2018, after a long relationship working on a number of development projects, Chris entered into a joint working arrangement with David Jarvis Associates (DJA), a successful and experienced planning, development and landscape consultancy.
The association between WCL and DJA enables both companies to benefit mutually from each other’s extensive experience in their respective fields.
