82 bed care home approved

DJA has successfully achieved planning permission for a new 82-bed care home in the Market Town of Melksham in Wiltshire, on behalf of their client Aspire LPP. The planning application was reported to Wiltshire Council’s Strategic Planning Committee on 17^th April and, after a lively debate, Members resolved to follow the officer recommendation for approval.
