Andrew Short

Prior to joining David Jarvis Associates in 2018, Andrew was the Estates Director at Grundon for 6 years, responsible for Estates, Planning, Engineering and Projects departments for the Grundon Group (turnover circa £110m), as well as Director responsible for the separate Sand and Gravel Company.

Prior to this Andrew had a 5 years spell in New Zealand working on residential and commercial property development, CPO and development assessments.  Andrew started his career at Gerald Eve in London and has also worked for GVA and Voaden Sandbrook Limited. 

Andrew is responsible for the Estate Management, Viability and Project Management work at David Jarvis working closely with Whiteleaf Consulting on development appraisals, leases, options, acquisitions, disposals, CPO work etc

He holds a BSc in Surveying for Resource Development and is a Chartered Minerals Surveyor.
