Coppice House submitted as a new dwelling near Canterbury, Kent. DJA provided a landscape and visual appraisal which was instrumental in the positioning of the house to respond to settlement pattern; and design of a landscape strategy to enhance and rejuvenate adjacent Ancient Woodland coppice, protect and enhance an orchard of local provenance, and increase tree cover, in order to strengthen the character of the local landscape.
