The Conningbrook Lakes project involves the on-going management and co-ordination of an Environmental Statement for the creation of a landmark regional watersports and recreational hub in Ashford.  The scheme also proposes guest accommodation, restaurants and cafés, a lakeside piazza, the enhancement to an athletics stadium, the creation of a country park and the development of up to 300 dwellings.
