The Great Tew Estate is set amongst circa 1,400 hectares of rolling Oxfordshire countryside. We have been involved in the radical and exciting change in the strategic planning of the Estate for the next 50 years. From an initial interest in the facility demand from the local farming community and third party growers grew rapidly and the site now accommodates some 45,000t of grain handling capacity. Environmental benefits included a significant reduction in HGV traffic movements and the planting of 3 hectares of woodland. We have been appointed to provide the overall design, planning and landscape services for the project and other development within the Estate.
