DJA was appointed to advise Imerys on the strategy for the disposal of 26 square miles of its land holding. We initially identified six sites and generated a series of redevelopment options for each. These included a wide variety of uses including a new settlement of 600 homes, a university campus and science park, a vineyard, snowdome, holiday village and marina.
