We have been involved in the redevelopment of Penlee Quarry since 2005. Penlee is an armourstone quarry on the coast of Mounts Bay near Penzance. DJA is providing planning, urban design and landscape advice for the redevelopment of the site to a marina with associated facilities, 250 homes and hotels. DJA is currently managing the production of the environmental statement and planning application.
