DJA has recently secured planning permission for a new Concrete Batching Plant for our client, John Wainwright & Co Ltd. The plant is to be located at their existing Asphalt plant site at Avonmouth, Bristol for which DJA also previously secured planning permission, having undertaken pre-application consultations with Bristol City Council and project managed the preparation, submission and negotiation of the planning application. The landscape and visual impact assessment, computer modelling and visualisations were also produced by DJA.
