DJA was appointed lead planning consultant on the £150 million new cement works in central Rugby; this was achieved without a Public Inquiry.  Key to this project were the very detailed computer models which were circulated every two weeks to the design team in the form of photoreal ground and oblique views.  The predicted photomontages have been compared with the as-built photographs illustrating the accuracy and value of this approach.
