Land at Snarlton Farm, Melksham
DJA is working on behalf of Catesby Estates plc to promote land to the east of Melksham (Snarlton Farm) for a development of approximately 600 dwellings, with an initial phase of 300 dwellings. Representations have been submitted to the emerging Wiltshire Local Plan Review, accompanied by a “Vision Framework” prepared by Catesby and further commentary on landscape impact, prepared by DJA. The Catesby land has been put forward for further Assessment in the emerging Local Plan Review (Reg.18 stage), as part of a larger strategic urban extension to the east of Melksham; the Catesby land represents a logical location for the first phase.
