Tadpole Garden Village - Local Centre

DJA are delighted to have secured full planning permission for the new Local Centre at the award-winning Tadpole Garden Village development, on behalf of Crest Nicholson (South West). Working closely with the local planning authority, the scheme provides an anchor store and four commercial units at ground floor with 29 apartments in the upper floors. The Local Centre will be a contemporary and attractive feature on this important site located at the heart of the garden village and which will provide much-needed local shopping facilities for the resident population. DJA were responsible for planning and landscape design, with building design by Holder Mathias Architects.
